SYNTHETIC EMULSIONS

AZUR-COOL products are recommended for machining operations on: cast iron, alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, special steels. It is important that synthetic emulsions are kept in the concentration parameters, as specified by the manufacturer. Synthetic products have good resistance against bacteria and a long life cycle that ensures their use in the established parameters and also an increased productivity in mechanical processing operations. A long life cycle does not allow any disturbance in production operations. Synthetic products improve visibility and reduce machine setup time, especially for sanding and other close tolerance operations.
